1st I prepared the mince pork as my stuffing, the same time I chopped the meat, I also added in some garlic, black pepper, salt. If also can replace garlic to ginger if u dont like garlic. Ohya! I also added in a slice of long cabbage.
But for me, I recommend the second dumpling skin. Because I like slightly dumpling skin.
There's not fix shape for dumpling, so we can wrap any shape dumpling as we like.
This is two different shape of dumpling I made it today. Tips** spread some flour on the plate before u put the dumpling on, if not the dumpling will stick on plate.
Time for boiling dumpling is depend the size of dumpling you make. After the water boiling, jus put in the dumpling for boiled at least 3 minutes.
While putting in the dumpling into boil, I prepare my seasoning too. I mixed scallop sauce, light soya sauce, a bit oil and vinegar.
